Tomorrow is the final major FEC deadline of this reelection campaign. For the last time this midterm season, our team will compile a report detailing our campaign’s finances to send to the Federal Election Commission.

It’s bittersweet — this is a key part of every campaign, and seeing the numbers our team posts following each deadline always makes me so proud. Our fundraising report doesn’t just show financial data, it shows the soul and passion behind our campaign.

People from all walks of life pitching in what they can to help fuel our efforts to expand affordable health care, protect reproductive rights, support working families, and more — that’s what I see when I look at our campaign’s report.

But I also can’t ignore how crucial this deadline is to our campaign’s success. Everything we do to reach out to voters, mobilize this community, and spread our message requires an abundance of resources.

Not only that, but Republican strategists and pollsters love to pick apart campaign reports just like the one we’re about to file to try and find signs of weakness.

All those reasons and more are why we need to make our pre-general FEC report the strongest one yet. With Election Day just three weeks away, John, can you chip in before midnight tomorrow so we can finish out this deadline on a high note?
