Welcome back to Daily Docket! You can’t fight for the future of our democracy unless you know what’s happening, which is why over the next few weeks, we’ll send (almost) daily emails with the day’s voting rights news and courtroom updates that you need to know. Inboxes can get crowded as Election Day approaches, so don't worry — we'll keep these short and to the point.
Here are some updates from today.

The ACLU of Nevada filed a new lawsuit in the Nevada Supreme Court challenging voting practices in Nye County, Nevada. The ACLU claims Nye is violating the Help America Vote Act, the Nevada Constitution and state law. [link removed]
Lehigh County, Pennsylvania said it won’t use drop boxes until ongoing litigation is resolved. [link removed] We’ll keep you posted on more mail-in voting updates as they happen. [link removed]
Plus, read the latest from Marc on Republicans turning to courts to attack democracy. [link removed] Can’t get enough news? You can always find more details about these updates on our Alerts page. [link removed]
