This race is getting uglier than I could’ve imagined.

Earlier today my team stumbled upon a fake version of my campaign website that launches untrue attacks against me, my record, and what I stand for.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that Mary Moriarty’s PAC is responsible for this slander. Mary’s PAC is run by two individuals who self-identify as “police abolitionists.”

According to its most recent filing, Mary’s PAC has received over $100,000 from one of the out-of-state groups who spent a small fortune to back the failed initiative that would have eliminated the Minneapolis Police Department last year.

We can’t let a handful of wealthy elites who have never stepped foot in Hennepin County determine the outcome of this election. I need your help to set the record straight. Please chip in $10, $25, or even $50 today so that we have the resources we need to fight back against these attacks.

From now until Election Day, I will continue talking to voters about why I am the only candidate on the ballot who is qualified to lead an office of lawyers to effectively prosecute violent criminals and rehabilitate low-level offenders who deserve a second chance.

What I won’t do is waste my time spewing untrue claims on the internet about my opponent. My record speaks for itself. And frankly, so does my opponent’s.
