Radical leftists like Newsom used the COVID health crisis to unconstitutionally grab power and then hid the actual scientific data that proved them wrong.
With your support, we won cases against multiple municipalities, including the City of Los Angeles and Newsom’s Department of Health and Human Services, for hiding the “science” from American citizens.
While Newsom and his radical allies closed down houses of worship, small businesses, and schools claiming that “the science” was on their side, they willfully withheld the actual science and data from the very taxpayers that funded it.
The litigation has been long, but we’ve successfully defeated Newsom and other California leftists repeatedly in court…including three times at the United States Supreme Court.
Our “Show us the Science” public records litigation, in particular, are critically important to ensuring that American patriots like you get transparency from their elected officials.
The Constitution doesn’t have a pandemic exception and Newsom has only continued the state of emergency to preserve his unlawful power grab.
