Stand with FRC & Overcome Lies with Truth

Dear John,

With the critical midterm elections only 3 weeks away, the far Left and their allies in the mainstream media want conservatives like you to believe that biblical values no longer have a place in America.

We saw it in Kansas in August, when pro-abortion propaganda--seeping from national outlets all the way down to state and local papers--torpedoed a life-affirming ballot initiative.

Even after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, what happened to the pro-life amendment in Kansas demonstrated how involved we need to be.

We simply cannot rely on courts to do the hard work of changing hearts and minds.

The lesson from these events is that we must help inform like-minded believers and cut through the noise of the media that trumpets misleading and outright false viewpoints.

That's why FRC is calling on believers across America to join our Pray Vote Stand campaign! By adding your name to the pledge, you are declaring that you will pray for America, vote this November, and stand boldly for biblical truth.

You'll also find compelling tools that succinctly describe the key issues facing our nation at this point of decision.

But there's a key step in this campaign that relies on you: getting this information into the hands of your friends and family.

Will you help spread the word about what's at stake this fall by forwarding this information on to your contacts?

And when you do, please also prayerfully consider partnering with FRC today as we use every avenue to educate and encourage believers to stand firm for truth. Every gift matters at this crucial moment.

PARTNER WITH FRC

FRC is committed to equipping Christians who are spiritually active and politically engaged with the facts and analysis you need to make the case for truth in your community.

What happened with the Kansas pro-life amendment provides a case study in how misinformation won over truth.

Many analysts noted how falsehoods--such as President Biden's claim that the ballot initiative sought "to remove from the Kansas constitution the right to choose an abortion"--showed up in local media reports.

It was uncanny how many inaccurate claims were reported. A yes vote was a "ban on abortion." (False.) A no vote meant abortion practices would continue to be "safe" and "regulated." (Also false.)

Perhaps all the outside money flowing into the state had something to do with it. Planned Parenthood affiliates and NARAL Pro-Choice America predictably gave millions to the pro-abortion cause, while Left-leaning "dark money" groups also gave seven-figure amounts.

This initiative in Kansas sadly failed, but the larger stand for life is not lost.

Pew Research reports only 19% of Americans support abortion-on-demand through all nine months of pregnancy. Yet the Democratic Party has made that position part of its platform. Most Americans support protecting life--especially once the pro-abortion agenda is exposed.

FRC has the expertise to analyze these issues in ways that resonate with the American public. It's why we continue to invest in increasing our TV, radio, and online broadcast reach during this crucial fall season. Can you give today and make these plans a reality?

What about the local pro-life centers that provide real, tangible support and options to mothers in need? With the inflation reaching historic highs and all families feeling the pinch, moms are currently struggling to buy milk and other basic necessities.

FRC's media outlet, The Washington Stand, has chronicled how leftist forces have perpetrated scores of violent attacks against pregnancy resource centers and churches nationwide--with little attention from the mainstream media and relative silence from the Biden administration.

Incredibly, the pro-abortion lobby in Congress is working to quash pro-life centers already threatened by violence. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) introduced a bill that would impose heavy fines on these centers that already operate on shoe-string budgets.

On FRC's daily Washington Watch program, Sen. Steve Daines (R-Mont.) said: "It's an attempt to shut them down, fining them out of existence, because of what they might say."

So, while moms are trying to make ends meet, people like Warren are busy declaring war on the pro-life centers helping thousands of women and children who are most in need.

The abortion industry and their allies are shameless! For the side of pro-life truth to be just as mobilized and engaged as our opponents are, FRC has a plan.

Alongside our reach to conservatives, for decades we at FRC have diligently built relationships with thousands of Bible-believing churches across America.

Through our policy analysis, informational resources, daily program, news outlet, and special broadcasts we're getting timely information into the hands of every church leader wanting to be a light and witness in this deceptive age. But we need your help to do it!

In recent months, we've seen a number of encouraging steps in the right direction--notably the overturning of Roe.

Let's press on to see every human life valued, families flourish, and religious liberty thrive. I thank you in advance for your faithful support. Truly, God is at work in this nation!
