President Joe Biden is making it clear where Democrats stand on abortion ahead of the midterms and is promising that the first bill he’ll send to the next Congress will be legislation to reinstate the abortion protecions of Roe v. Wade.

You heard that right: President Biden will push to codify Roe into law. DAGA was the first committee to require all endorsed candidates to be unequivocally pro-choice – we’re proud to be aligned with the President on this issue, and our Dem AGs have been on the frontlines of the legal fight to protect abortion access.

This is great news – and we need to make sure we elect pro-reproductive rights candidates not just to Congress, but to all of our state offices. This battle isn’t being fought just in Washington – it’s going on in states around the country every single day. If we’re going to protect abortion access and reproductive rights, we MUST keep a Democratic majority in the House and the Senate, and continue to elect Dem AGs and other Democrats up and down the ballot. Chip in today to elect Dem AGs who will protect reproductive freedom and fight back against anti-abortion Republican attacks.
