Yesterday, I announced our fundraising goal ahead of Wednesday’s FEC deadline. The exact amount we need to raise is $34,000. I know, it’s a lot more than usual.

I also know that this team is capable of anything. We’ve rallied together to hit our goals in the past and I know we have the power to do it again, especially being so close to the election.

So I’m asking personally: Will you chip in $15 or more to my battleground campaign here in Nevada? The FEC deadline is tomorrow night and we need to reach our goal before then.

My race has been consistently rated one of the biggest toss-ups in the country. FiveThirtyEight even showed that if my radical opponent, April Becker, were to win, Democrats’ chance of keeping the House majority all but vanish.

Poll after poll has shown that it’s neck and neck between me and far-right April Becker. Becker would be a sure vote for the GOP’s barbaric agenda and has collected endorsements from national anti-choice groups who support a national abortion ban – no exceptions.

April Becker is simply too radical to represent Nevadans.

The truth is that national pundits and election forecasters are looking at this race to gauge how well House Democrats are faring in their bigger re-election fight. So, we cannot risk missing our last fundraising goal ahead of the FEC deadline.

The GOP has already poured millions of dollars into this district to fund attack aids that distort my record. Missing our final fundraising goal before tomorrow night’s deadline would spell trouble – we should expect Republicans to drown this district with millions more over any sign of weakness.

But I know we have it in us to reach this goal.

This is my urgent request: Can you chip in as much as you can to help my campaign reach our fundraising goal before Wednesday’s FEC deadline? I need you in this fight with me.
