Answer: when they realized the problems of average Illinoisans don’t affect them. 

To make matters worse, Duckworth and Lightfoot are in full support of Illinois Democrat’s new [Un] SAFE-T Act, which will eliminate cash bail reform for criminals and leave us to pay the massive tab.
