This past weekend, volunteers with The Union hit the pavement and knocked on hundreds of doors in Greater Phoenix to Get Out the Vote! (see photos below). It was encouraging to see so many people volunteering.

We have 21 days left until 🗳 election day. If you have your ballot, get it filled-out and sent-in as soon as possible. Make sure your closest friends and family are filing out their ballots and sending 📫 them in. And vote for pro-democracy candidates up and down the ballot!

Saturday, volunteers with The Union joined with partner Mission for AZ to canvass north central Phoenix, knocking on doors and having conversations with voters between intense thunderstorms.


Sunday morning we visited four senior and low-income housing locations provided by partner Rideshare2Vote to distribute their info to residents. At noon, we joined Sen. Mark Kelly’s Volunteer Canvassing Kickoff Event. Then back out to the streets of Gilbert, AZ to knock doors and urge voters to “make a plan” now!

You know what’s at stake. The time for action is now. It will take all of us! We have three weeks to make sure everyone knows what's at stake this election. Make calls. Knock doors. Talk to as many people as you can. The people who will trade our democracy for their power only have to win once before we no longer have a say.
