In just the first year of our majority, we’ve made historic progress on so many policy areas. We passed plans to make our democracy more transparent and to lower the cost of prescription drugs; I worked on a bill to dramatically reduce the child poverty rate; and just this week, we passed a federal budget that invests in researching the gun violence epidemic for the first time in decades. And we’re just getting started.

That's why we need to run Democrats everywhere — when we invest in getting our message out, we can win district after district and build a path for progressive change that will help the lives of millions of people.
