Hello Team Geels!
We have two VERY IMPORTANT events happening this Saturday, Oct. 22. Consider these next two weeks our final push!
Taco Food Truck and Shuttle to the Polls - NOON-3:00PM
2000 Avondale Rd in Durham
We need 5 volunteers who will be paired up with 5 Spanish speaking volunteers
We need 1 shuttle driver to drive a 14 passenger van to and from the polls for people who want to vote.
- Hand out Palm Cards written in Spanish
- Hang out at the food trucks
- Accompany those who want to go to the polls on the shuttle provided.
- Durham County Main Library - 300 N Roxboro St, Durham, NC 27701 - 8 minutes away!
This event is taking place on the following two Saturdays as well, Oct. 29 and Nov. 5.
Please consider working one, two or all three. Ideally, one driver for all three events would be good but not required. Please let Renee know ASAP.
Door Knocking in Durham 3:30pm-6:30pm (AFTER the polls)
1720 Guess Rd, parking lot between Sears and C&H cafeteria
Democrats voting for Courtney are willing to door knock! We need at least 5 volunteers willing to go with them. This is the UNITY Courtney is talking about. Please consider volunteering!
