I hope everyone is having a happy holiday season and looking forward to a great New Year spent with family, friends, and colleagues. But this season is also the end of the quarter - and most of you know what that means in the life of a candidate for Congress! I’m going to ask you to make a donation to Chris' campaign. This is an important moment for all of us, so please let me explain why your donation matters now more than ever.

As you know, Chris is not a politician. She’s spent her life in the biomedical industry bringing lifesaving treatments to patients and improving lives in the process. But after what’s happened in this country over the past few years, especially with the far-right attacks on health care access, Chris made the decision to get off the sidelines and fight for working families in Congress. Our family could not be more proud of her. 

Despite the busy holiday season, Chris and her team have been working around the clock in advance of their end-of-quarter fundraising deadline on December 31st. This is actually Chris’s FINAL public fundraising deadline before the primary election on March 3rd, which makes it all the more important not to fall short. 

But there is another reason as well: reaching one’s fundraising goal each quarter is a way of establishing yourself as a winning candidate. Chris has made or beaten every goal she set out to hit so far and the political establishment is taking notice. Crushing her goal in the last quarter of 2019 would set her up for success!
