We just defeated Planned Parenthood, AND WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ARGUE.

Today, we were SUPPOSED to be presenting oral arguments before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in defense of a pro-life state law. But Planned Parenthood CAVED. And the federal appeals court has now entered an order throwing out the case, striking down the injunction that was blocking the law, and ordering that the pro-life law go into effect immediately.

We filed the briefs in this case representing the state of South Dakota and Governor Noem, and we won without having to even present oral argument. It's a HUGE victory for life.

THIS is only possible because of the Supreme Court's ruling overturning Roe. But now Planned Parenthood has turned its ire from the federal courts to state Supreme Courts.

The abortion industry is NOT giving up on its evil quest to expand its abortion empire and kill more babies.

At the ACLJ, we've expanded our own legal efforts in a 50-state campaign to defend unborn babies and defeat abortion.
