National Nurses United

It’s the end of the year, so chances are your inbox is being bombarded with emails asking for money. I’m here to say that you can rest easy with us because I have a different request for you:

In order to win Medicare for All, we need a massive grassroots movement that’s willing to call out how broken the current health care system is. Across the country, volunteers are already hitting the pavement to knock on doors and make calls to do just that.

But nobody can do this alone. The simple truth is that we’re going to need to continue to grow if we want to build the organizing power required to truly win this fight.

So today, my request of you is quite simple: have an earnest conversation with FIVE people you know — whether they’re friends, family members, coworkers, or neighbors — and ask them to sign up for our Medicare for All movement today.

If every person reading this were to recruit just five people to get a little more involved in our movement, we’d literally double the size of our organizing program overnight.

So think about all that we’ve been able to achieve so far in 2019 — and now imagine all the good we can do in 2020 with even more incredible supporters, volunteers, and advocates like you by our side.

It’ll only take a few minutes. Just send them this link and ask them to sign up to join.

If they want to learn a little bit more about the work we do and the role National Nurses United has played in the nationwide fight for Medicare for All, please share with them any number of the resources at the bottom of this email.

Thank you for everything,

Max Cotterill
