First, they came for Roe and trans people. Next, they’ll come for marriage equality and bring back laws outlawing homosexuality. The radical majority on SCOTUS is out of control, and they have their sights set on dismantling LGBTQ rights.
Our lawmakers MUST ACT before the extremists on SCOTUS destroy LGBTQ rights. But they need reinforcements. Are you ready to elect a huge wave of pro-choice LGBTQ leaders who will enshrine the right to choose and LGBTQ rights AND stand up to SCOTUS? [[link removed]]

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton even said he’s ready to bring a case before SCOTUS that challenges Lawrence v. Texas , a bedrock case protects the right to privacy. If The Court overturns it, 16 states still have anti-sodomy pre- Lawrence bans on the books. More than half of U.S. states STILL have marriage equality bans enshrined into law.
