Well-being, Belonging, and Engagement for All.

Dear John,

Thank you for being part of the movement to prioritize well-being, engagement, and belonging for all students. Because of your support, we are able to work every day to bring research-based strategies to schools and families that improve youth well-being across the country.

At Challenge Success, we have high hopes for the future. We wish for a generation of thinkers, connectors, and communicators working together, creating healthier communities. We wish for schools full of educators, students, and families who listen to each other, who agree about what really matters, and who make choices every day in service of wellness, belonging and connection, and readiness for postsecondary success.

We wish that every student – regardless of their identity – felt supported, included, and engaged in their learning. And, we know from our research that well-being, engagement, and belonging are intrinsically linked to each other: students need all three components to thrive.

What do you wish for the youth in your family and community?
Do you picture them out in the world, caring for themselves and others, seeking purposeful work, building healthy families and friendships? Do you envision them seeking balance over burnout and engaging fully in their lives?

This bold vision relies on the generous support of donors like you to contribute $900,000 in gifts every year - more than 40% of our budget. This fall, we have an ambitious goal of raising $250,000 by December 1 in our six-week Annual Fund. Your support is critical to our work, and will directly support our programs, workshops, and surveys with schools around the country. Thank you for considering a gift to the Challenge Success Annual Fund this fall. Together, we will empower schools and families to transform the student experience.

Sincerely,

Lisa Busby, Board Chair
