Let’s be real for a moment here: corporate PACs don’t support political
candidates out of the goodness of their hearts.

When Walmart, Amazon, or Goldman Sachs donate money, there are strings
attached. They choose candidates who operate a certain way, and then
leverage those resources to keep things the way they are.

overturn Citizens United. But the refusal to take PAC money makes our
fundraising more difficult. Can you donate ahead of our final FEC deadline
of 2019?

We’re proud of how this campaign is funded, but need to contend with the
reality it puts us in. December 31st is the final FEC deadline of the
year.

After the 31st, our fundraising numbers will become public. Pundits and
opponents will be checking them to see the strength of our progressive
movement, which is why we need the most powerful showing we can muster.
