GOP House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is on a mission to take back the House, and he’s on a country tour to get it done. He’s officially traveled to 32 states in just 2 months!
McCarthy is using his tour to prop up GOP candidates who, if elected, would help him institute his radical agenda. But with all the progress Democrats have delivered, he’s finding it harder than expected to garner support. Last week at a fundraiser in Chicago, McCarthy told supporters, “I’ll be frank with you: August was not a good month for us.”
McCarthy hasn’t been shy about what he’ll do if he succeeds in taking back the House. The GOP’s extreme, radical agenda includes:
– SLASHING abortion rights
– REMOVING union protections
– BLOCKING sensible gun violence prevention legislation
– ELIMINATING the right to free and fair elections
