Hi folks,
I wanted to give you an update on where I’ve been the past few days! With the Senate out of session until November, I am happy to be back home in Wisconsin.
I’ve been lucky enough to be on the road across our great state, campaigning for Democrats running up and down the ballot!
Take a look at what I’ve been up to, and if you can, chip in a few dollars so I can keep up these campaign stops!
I stopped in La Crosse to campaign with my friend, Brad Pfaff, running for Congress in Wisconsin’s 3rd Congressional district. His opponent was at the insurrection at our Capitol on January 6 — we can’t let folks like that serve in Congress.
In West Allis, we rallied in support of Roe v. Wade. It’s abundantly clear that only one candidate for U.S. Senate is going to defend reproductive freedoms — and it’s not Ron Johnson!
I joined Mandela Barnes, Josh Kaul, and advocates for affordable health care last week in Milwaukee. In the Senate, I’ve fought tooth and nail to lower prescription drug costs — but there’s more work to be done. That’s why I can’t wait to have Mandela Barnes serving alongside me in the Senate!
No one fires me up more than UW Madison students! They know the stakes of this election because it’s their future up for grabs. I’m so proud of the work they’re putting in to elect Tony Evers and other great Democrats across the state.
There’s a lot of work ahead of us in these final few weeks of the election. Polls are tight in Wisconsin for so many races, so we all need to step up to do our part to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
I have big plans to stay on the campaign trail in these final 22 days until Election Day — can you support my work by chipping in a few dollars today? Together, we’re going to turn out voters and win this year.
