Dear John,
While the final three weeks of the campaign are going to be busier than ever, I still want to make sure I take a minute to share what I’ve been up to lately:
1. I visited the Columbus Childcare Network to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Georgia Pre-K program. I had the opportunity to read to their early learners, tour the building, and discuss the challenges Georgia preschools are facing. It’s critical that we invest in child development so our future leaders can reach their full potential.
2. I was honored to introduce Senator Raphael Warnock at rallies across the district in Albany, Macon, and Columbus. These were great events, and it’s clear that Middle and Southwest Georgia is ready to elect Democrats up and down the ballot next month.
3. Yesterday, I participated in my first debate of the General Election against my opponent. I appreciated the opportunity to weigh my resume against that of my opponent and highlight my proven record of delivering results for Georgians!
Our campaign is gaining momentum every day, but we’re running out of time to reach voters across our district. If you’re able, please consider making a contribution of any amount to support my re-election campaign today.
Sincerely,
Congressman Sanford D. Bishop
