My opponent just increased funding for his ad saying that I support domestic terrorism.

That's a pretty harsh accusation.

If only I had some way to fight back.

Oh wait.

What if I had enlisted because of 9/11 and deployed to Afghanistan with Army Special Operations.

What if I had manned a .50 cal as we drove across the desert while I scanned my sector for hostile movement because I was trying to make sure we all came home alive.

And what if my service wasn't just about “killing” people — as my opponent weirdly claims about his own service — but was overwhelmingly about NOT killing people.

What if it had also been about being kind to children.

Like letting a boy wear my UNC hat and sunglasses just to show him that Americans can be kind, decent people.

Or giving school supplies to Afghan girls.

And what if I had pictures of all of that — would be so helpful!

Especially after being accused of supporting domestic terrorism by an opponent who made his fortune literally by manufacturing assault weapons and selling them online to anyone he can.

But seriously folks...

This is obviously absurd and disgraceful behavior by my opponent.
