I can’t take a single day off from this campaign. Not while the right to vote is still under threat and reproductive freedom could be gone in the blink of an eye.

Our freedoms and democracy are worth fighting for. That’s why I’m determined to spend every second between now and Election Day continuing the fight for Alabama.

I couldn’t take a break from this race even if I wanted to. With so much on the line in this election – from voting rights to our Democratic House majority – keeping Alabama’s only Democratic seat blue has been my top priority.

And as nice as it would be to take a breather, I know that the GOP is waiting for me to let my guard down so they can drown all of Alabama in a red wave. We need leaders here in the South who are ready to speak truth to the GOP establishment – if I lose my seat, we lose more than just my voice.

So while I’d never ask anyone to take on the amount of work it takes to run this campaign and fight for our rights in Congress, I am asking for your support.
