To make the most of that opportunity, we presented our Mandate for Madison — a policy roadmap for a more prosperous Wisconsin. Heritage Foundation co-founder Ed Feulner keynoted the event, providing wisdom and experience for what it will take to see great ideas successfully realized as bona fide policy reform. “In five decades around conservative politics, I have traveled all over the country and all over the world.
