With about three weeks until Election Day and voting already underway here in NM-02, the attacks against Gabe from our opponent and the GOP are growing worse.

Far-right extremist Yvette Herrell and her MAGA friends are pushing lies about Gabe across social media and conservative news outlets, and they’re running more than $5 million worth of TV ads across the district, including $1 million in new spending announced in a single day.

We’re running a new TV ad of our own to set the record straight and shed light on Herrell’s harmful record.

The truth is, Gabe voted to increase the Las Cruces police budget by millions of dollars, while Herrell protected the rioters that attacked the Capitol on January 6 instead of the police who fought to protect her.
