John,

It's no secret that Democrats have always had a problem with "drop-off voters" – folks who vote in presidential elections but not in midterms. And facing the headwinds of a midterm election, our ability to overcome this obstacle over the next three weeks is more important than ever.

That’s where our Coordinated Apartments program comes in. The singular focus of this program is to have face-to-face conversations about the stakes of this election and expand our reach beyond just “likely voters.”

We focus on apartments because renters are often among those most likely to be left out or simply missed in traditional organizing models. It’s also an efficient way to reach a lot of people in a short period of time!

John, even if we nudge voter turnout up by just a hair, it could be the difference between winning and losing all of our statewide races on November 8.

That’s why we need your help today. According to our fundraising team, we are still more than $20,000 short of the budget we set to close out this race over the last three weeks at full capacity.

Races are tightening up and down the ballot, and we can't leave anything to chance! As one of our most reliable supporters, can you pitch in anything that works for you today to keep our critical apartment organizing program running strong? Anything helps!

Thank you,

Minnesota DFL
