HYPOCRISY ALERT : Walker, Laxalt, Oz, Vance. The GOP's slate of phonies and hypocrites is dangerously close to flipping the U.S. Senate red. We need your support TODAY to engage and mobilize the rural voters we need to hold our Democratic majority. Please, help us reach our $15,000 goal with a donation now. [[link removed]]

Dear Friend,

Growing up in North Dakota, I learned at an early age how to spot a phony a mile off.

That's how I know the rural voters who will decide this crucial midterm election aren't going to put up with the phonies and hypocrites running for the U.S. Senate. But we have to make sure those voters know what's at stake and get to the polls—which is why I'm reaching out today. Will you help us reach our $15,000 goal so we can fund our GOTV efforts between now and November 8? [[link removed]]

Let's start with GOP Senate candidate Herschel Walker in Georgia . Walker supports a ban on all abortions with no exceptions—and despite his repeated lies about his past on the campaign trail, Mitch McConnell and other Republican leaders are lining up behind him. Right now, Sen. Raphael Warnock has a narrow lead, but we must mobilize the rural voters who can put him over the top. Will you donate now to One Country Project now so that we can ramp up our GOTV efforts in Georgia and hold this crucial seat? [[link removed]]

Then there's Adam Laxalt in Nevada . Laxalt called the original Roe v. Wade decision "a joke" and supports a statewide abortion ban in Nevada. But how much does he care about families or children? Laxalt opposed the Medicaid expansion that immediately insured almost 80,000 of Nevada's neediest residents—and wants to drain money from public schools. I'm counting on your help to send Catherine Cortez Masto back to the Senate to fight for all of us. [[link removed]]

Meanwhile, over in Pennsylvania we've got Trump puppet Dr. Oz , whom doctors call "a major threat to public health" because of his radical views on abortion and his history of pushing quack medicine . Oz has made immigration a major plank in his platform, but records show he had ownership in a company that hired immigrants who were not legally allowed to work in the U.S. Please, help flip this swing seat blue with a contribution to One Country Project now. Of course, there's Silicon Valley transplant J.D. Vance running for the Senate in Ohio. Once a fierce critic of Donald Trump, Vance now, by the former president's own declaration, regularly kisses his rear end for his MAGA base's support. Democrat Tim Ryan has a solid chance to flip this seat, if we get every independent and persuadable rural voter to the polls. Help us do exactly that—and protect our Senate majority—by rushing a donation now. [[link removed]]

And finally, there's Republican Sen. Ron Johnson in Wisconsin , maybe the biggest hypocrite of all. Johnson pushed a ballot proposal to ban abortion with no exceptions on the same day his right-wing allies in the state legislature blocked Gov. Tony Evers' attempt to let Wisconsinites use the referendum process to protect abortion rights. Please, donate now so that we can mobilize the rural voters who will help Democrat Mandela Barnes retire Johnson for good. [[link removed]]

While it's frustrating to watch Republicans spout fake news and try to spot-clean their right-wing records, here's the good news: exposing GOP lies is what One Country Project does best . We're working overtime in these and other battleground states, making sure rural voters have accurate information—not just about Republican hypocrisy but about Democrats' many policy wins for rural America—through digital research tools, online ads and more.

Your contribution of $5 or more today [[link removed]] will help us scale up all our get-out-the-vote efforts and mobilize the rural voters we need to hold our Democratic majorities and safeguard our freedoms from GOP phonies and extremists.

Thank you in advance for whatever you're able to give today. I have faith that if we give this election everything we've got, our shared values and country-style common sense will prevail.

Thanks so much,

Heidi

P.S. Women, children, and families across the country are counting on us to protect their health, safety, and freedoms from the GOP hypocrites courting the MAGA base—and I'm counting on you to support our GOTV efforts between now and Election Day. Please, help us mobilize the rural voters we need to hold the Senate by rushing a contribution of $5 or more to One Country Project now. [[link removed]]
