John,

No one should have to live in a tent on a sidewalk. That’s why almost 3 years ago, as Speaker of the House, Tina called for a homelessness state of emergency.

But Representative Christine Drazan literally walked off the job to obstruct us from making any progress on the issue, blocking millions of dollars for emergency homeless shelters and affordable housing construction.

Oregonians deserve better than a politician who walked off the job when times got tough. But recent polling shows that we are NECK AND NECK with our MAGA Republican opponent.

We’ve got to give it our all right now to elect Tina and stop MAGA Republican Drazan. We can do it by working together, but we’ve only got a few weeks left to get it done.

Now matter how hard the problem is, Tina will fight every day for solutions that are smart, effective, and will get results. Chip in now to elect a fighter for Oregon who will never walk out on you, or your community. [[link removed]]

Here’s the bottom line: Safe, affordable housing is still out of reach for far too many Oregonians.

And during the pandemic, housing insecurity became an even bigger concern for so many families. But while Tina was fighting to help make housing more affordable, Rep. Drazan sided with the big banks — voting against protecting families from eviction and foreclosure.

On day one as Oregon’s next Governor, Tina will declare a state of emergency to tackle this problem head-on, and she will hire crews to clean up the trash.

Tina will do whatever it takes to fix this problem.

That’s why we need your support, John. Chip in right now to fuel our people-powered movement to elect Tina Kotek as Oregon’s next Governor >> [[link removed]]

Team Tina
