The contrast could not be more clear. Democrats have a plan to expand and protect Social Security. This week, it was announced that Social Security recipients would receive an 8% increase – the largest increase in 40 years. Jahana wants to build on that and continue to expand Social Security.

For decades, Social Security has been a secure source of income for millions of Americans – never missing a payment, even during periods of crisis.

If Republicans take back the House, they have a plan to sunset Social Security.

Republicans want to make Social Security something that Congress has to vote on every year. Many have planned their senior years around expected Social Security payments. And for many, it is their ONLY source of income.
