When I say we're picking up steam, I really mean it:

Val just earned the endorsement of The Oregonian and the Eugene Weekly.

We recently crossed the threshold of 7,000 grassroots donors (and I know we can hit 10,000 by the end of the month).

Members of Congress from Adam Schiff to Sara Jacobs to Joe Neguse have all come to this district in the past week to support Val and rally our volunteers.

And, we're out in the field every single day. On the doors, on the phones, talking to voters about how critical it is to elect Val Hoyle to Congress.

John, this isn't my first rodeo. I've worked on a lot of campaigns and I have never seen an election cycle where our state was the focal point of the nation; where control of Congress and the fate of abortion rights, our climate, and our democracy depended on us right here in Oregon.

I've seen the polling and I can tell you two things:

1. There's good reason that our race is getting national attention. We're not crying wolf to say that this will come down to the wire and there's a real possibility that our opponent Alek Skarlatos could buy himself a seat in Congress and be a vote for Speaker Kevin McCarthy and the MAGA agenda.
    
2. We have the winning message and Val Hoyle represents the values of the voters of this district. We will win this race but it will take all of us leaning in and giving it everything we've got in the next 23 days.
