BREAKING... recent developments have shaken up the race for Ohio's 9th Congressional District, where environmental champion Rep. Marcy Kaptur is in a tough race against Trump-endorsed MAGA extremist J.R. Majewski.

Ohio Republicans redrew Rep. Kaptur's district in hopes of unseating her as the longest-serving woman in House history. But their candidate has thrown that plan into jeopardy following a series of bizarre lies about his record of military service.

J.R. Majewski claimed he'd been deployed to Afghanistan. That was a lie. He claimed he'd earned a demotion after a fight in his Air Force dorm. In fact, he'd been caught driving while intoxicated.

Earlier this summer, Majewski was favored to win the race. Now — even in this heavily gerrymandered district — we have an incredible shot at reelecting Rep. Kaptur. Members of Congress like her are the reason we were able to win passage of historic climate legislation this year. We can't let environmental champions lose their seats this November — we need your help to turn out pro-environment voters in key races.
