Let me preface this by saying that I really did not want to send this email. But, our campaign is in crunchtime leading up to the election and the only way we’re going to win is with your support.

So, please take a moment to read this email about our television ads. But, if you absolutely can’t and already know how important it is to keep our ads running, I’m asking you to chip in to our Ads Fund to help us keep them on the air through Election Day. [[link removed]]

Let me start out by saying that not many campaigns get this in-depth over email. They’re concerned about losing the attention of their readers, and so on. We do not have the liberty of having that concern on this campaign.

There is huge national pressure on our entire team to win on Election Day for a lot of reasons. This seat will determine which party controls the House and it’s the most expensive House race in the country.

But here’s the real kicker: Las Vegas is now one of the most expensive media markets in the country.

It officially costs twice as much to run an ad in Las Vegas than it does in Los Angeles! As Susie’s Finance Director, I know firsthand how much of a strain that this puts on our campaign.

Television ads are vital for communicating with voters. If we let our Ads Fund dry up now – in the final few critical weeks before Election Day – we’d be putting far too much at risk.

I only ever reach out when I have to so let me be clear when I say that we really need your support keeping our television ads on the air. Can you chip in as much as you can to our TV Ads Fund so we can get Susie’s message across to as many voters as possible? [[link removed]]
