Dear reader,

As 2019 draws to a close, I want to offer you my best wishes and thank you for your continued interest in the work of Pew Research Center ([link removed]) .

Our 2019 research agenda waswide-ranging ([link removed]) , and I hope you found it valuable and informative. We are constantly challenging ourselves to explore new issues, apply new methodologies and better communicate about what all of our data means.

Neutral data and analysis are critical to our public dialogue. We study the most important issues of the day with the goal of helping citizens and decision-makers better understand what Americans and people around the world are thinking and feeling in our rapidly changing times. ([link removed])

Engaged readers like you keep us curious and on the hunt for topics worth analyzing. My colleagues and I look forward to bringing you new insights about our shared world in the years to come.

Best wishes this holiday season.

Michael Dimock
President
