As chair of our Progressive Caucus, it’s my job to make sure our
progressive agenda is front and center. For the last 2 years, I have
fought nonstop for the lifesaving policies that will actually address the
crises we’re facing.

And it paid off, because we won – we won BIG. I’m talking about hundreds
of billions of dollars for climate action, infrastructure, gun reform,
veterans’ services, and more. Every single one of us will benefit from
Democrats’ historic wins this year.

Despite starting the term with an unprecedented act of political violence
on our nation’s Capitol, we remained undeterred. Let me remind you what
Democrats have achieved since then:

🚑 American Rescue Act to help families & businesses during the pandemic

🪖 PACT Act to guarantee veterans critical healthcare services

⚖️ First major gun reform legislation in decades to protect each other

🏗 Historic investment in infrastructure to rehabilitate our communities

🌎 Unprecedented legislation to invest in our climate, environment, and
people

💸 Canceled tens of thousands of dollars of student debt for millions of
Americans

🌱 Rescheduled cannabis and expunged records for millions of Americans

That’s why we have to keep our control in Congress in this election.
Without a Democratic majority, we can’t continue to act on climate,
protect reproductive rights, maintain democracy, raise the minimum wage,
or pass any of the overwhelmingly popular policies we need.
