This race has been quite the ride. John James thought this would be an easily
bought and paid-for seat; instead, we’ve put up one heck of a fight.

But we must refocus and put forth our max effort for these final few weeks. So
let’s look at where we’ve been and where we’re headed.

First: Carl announced he was running, and the GOP immediately jumped to try
and discredit him because they knew the threat he posed to John James’
candidacy.

Then: John James attempted to dodge questions on his stances on reproductive
rights and the fact that he doesn’t live in the district.

Now: James is leaning on his dark money and corporate friends, while Carl is
continuing to build this movement from grassroots and in-district support.

If we want to stop John James’ plans to buy this Congressional seat, we must
hit this upcoming fundraising goal of $50,000. Full stop.

So donate $20 or more right now and help Carl hit this massive mid-month goal!
