Hey John,
As we close out a tremendous year, our team has been sifting through standout moments we’ve had since launching our campaign. We came across the following photos from the trail -- and I had to share them with you.
From the start, we’ve been committed to running a campaign that’s focused on improving people’s lives. Month after month, it’s only become more clear that our campaign is not only a real shot at fair representation for Southwest Washingtonians -- it’s also a chance to overcome the obstruction that’s preventing progress on the issues we need action on: Affordable and accessible health care, transparency in government, and holding Trump accountable to the constitution.
We joined supporters at annual events across the district -- from the Huckleberry Festival Parade and Clark Cowlitz County Farm Bureau annual BBQ, to Pride in the Park. We also launched our Coffees with Carolyn series to speak with more people from around the community on their own turf to talk about the issues that matter to them. I’m so excited to carry this tradition into the new year!
Our campaign is in a building phase right now. We're building our network of organizers, empowering volunteers in their communities, and testing out advocacy tools.
John, it’s critical that we hit our end-of-year fundraising goal to ensure we have the budget to strengthen these efforts in 2020. Will you make a donation before we close the books on 2019?

We still have $4,496 to raise before we close out the month -- so I hope you'll chip in whatever you can today to flip Washington's Third next year.
Thanks for your support,
-- Team Long
