It may be the last day of Hispanic Heritage Month, but if you know me, you know I fight to represent immigrants and Latinos 365 days a year.

Today, we’re facing a pivotal moment in that fight.

I'm working toward an immigration system that treats asylum seekers with humanity and for a pathway to citizenship for every immigrant who calls this country home. To ensure our Latino communities are heard and that our government represents the full diversity of our country.
