Hello Colorado Republicans -

We are now just a few days away from ballots dropping here in Colorado! Which means we are also a few weeks away from throwing off the yoke of Democrat control and electing some great new Republican leaders.

This week, CD-08 Republican candidate Barb Kirkmeyer took down far-left hack Yadira Caraveo ([link removed]) in a debate on 9News. Caraveo previously signed a letter, with Brittany Pettersen, pushing Biden to defund ICE and border control. She tried to backtrack at the debate, but Barb had the receipts. ([link removed])

Republican Secretary of State candidate Pam Anderson held Jena Griswold accountable ([link removed]) this week for AGAIN sending out postcards to non-citizens encouraging them to register to vote. We must defeat Jena Griswold. She is incompetent and a partisan hack. Pam was also endorsed by the Durango Herald. ([link removed])

Michael Bennet is in such bad shape that he had to beg Joe Biden to fly to Colorado and campaign for him. Joe O'Dea went on Fox News ([link removed]) and stated the fact that a presidential photo op isn't going to save Bennet from his failed and far-left record. O'Dea will be appearing on State of the Union ([link removed]) this weekend.

Heidi Ganahl once again defeated Jared Polis in a debate. She told the TRUTH to him about how he has failed Colorado families. ([link removed]) #1 in inflation in the country, #2 in Fentanyl deaths, 3rd worst state for crime in the country, and 60% of our kids can't read at grade level. That is Polis' record.

Attorney General candidate John Kellner released a new ad ([link removed]) this week highlighting how Phil Weiser has failed Colorado families and made Colorado less safe. Kellner is focused on public safety and ensuring that Colorado is once again a safe place to live and raise a family.

Treasurer candidate Lang Sias is continuing to run a strong race and is focused on fighting to protect Colorado taxpayers ([link removed]) . He was endorsed ([link removed]) this week by the Grand Junction Sentinel.

You'll also see many walk days with statewide and local candidates below...please join in on any you are able to make. New volunteers are ALWAYS welcome, so bring a friend, too!

Onward to victory!

Candidate of the Week: Lynn Emrick for HD-27
I am concerned for the next generation of Coloradans. With an increased cost of living, a skyrocketing crime rate, and an education system that has failed our students, Colorado Republicans make this commitment.

I am running because I represent the average parent, grandparent, and citizen within Golden and Arvada. I will always fight for people over politics – because no one’s agenda should run your life. I will bring balance back to Colorado. I love Colorado and it is worth fighting for!

Colorado GOP Calls for Democrat Adam Frisch to Withdraw from Race After Blackmail Story
[link removed]
Breitbart News: ([link removed]) The Colorado Republican Party has called for Democrat Adam Frisch, who is running against Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) in the Centennial State’s Third Congressional District, to drop out of the race following the “unacceptable facts” of blackmail exposed ([link removed]) by Breitbart News.

Colorado GOP Chairwoman Kristi Burton Brown released a statement Thursday morning stating:

Today, I’m calling on Adam Frisch, commonly known as ‘Aspen Adam’, to do the honorable thing and withdraw from this Congressional race. Any elected official who has made themselves subject to blackmail can’t be an effective representative for Colorado families. While many things within this story are disturbing, it’s clear to most that Adam does not have the temperament, the morals, the backbone, or the judgement needed to be a successful elected official. We need elected officials who are working for Colorado families, not trying to protect themselves from criminal positions they put themselves in.

** These Four Democrats in Crucial Congressional Races Urged Biden To Defund Border Security
------------------------------------------------------------
[link removed]
Washington Free Beacon ([link removed]) : Four Democratic candidates running in crucial congressional races across the country were part of a coalition of lawmakers that in September 2021 urged President Joe Biden to take the radical steps of defunding all border enforcement agencies and giving mass amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants in the United States.

Two of the lawmakers on the letter are from Colorado and running in competitive races: state senator Brittany Pettersen (D.), who is running in Colorado's seventh district, and state representative Yadira Caraveo (D.), who is running in Colorado's eighth district.

...

Colorado Republicans believe they have an opportunity to leverage the border crisis against Democrats in the weeks before Election Day. In a statement to the Free Beacon, Colorado GOP executive director Joe Jackson said the September 2021 letter provides a clear contrast on the issue.

"The fact that Yadira Caraveo supports abolishing ICE proves that she is an extremist more interested in promoting a far-left agenda than in keeping citizens of the Eighth Congressional District safe," he said. "The open border policies supported by Joe Biden and Yadira Caraveo have brought dangerous drugs to our state and have created a devastating humanitarian and security crisis on our southern border."

** Anderson, Griswold clash over postcard pitching voter registration to 30,000 noncitizens
------------------------------------------------------------
[link removed]
Colorado Politics: ([link removed]) Sparks flew Tuesday night during a debate between Colorado secretary of state candidates Jena Griswold, the Democratic incumbent, and Pam Anderson, her Republican challenger, over a postcard Griswold's office mistakenly sent two weeks earlier to 30,000 noncitizen residents encouraging them to register to vote.

Citing a similar mailing sent two years ago by Griswold's office that also went to some ineligible voters, including multiple former Colorado residents who were long dead, Anderson said, "I think making the same error again points to a management problem points to a lack of leadership."
