The defund/abolish wing of the party is desperate to latch onto anything to stop our momentum. Still, it’s disheartening to see my Congresswoman, who herself has been the target of so many misinformation campaigns and unfair attacks, launch an untrue and unfair attack against me.

I am licensed, as I was when I filed. But I goofed and presented my license card from 2019. While I am not perfect, I am honest, transparent, and ethical. The affidavit I signed when I filed for office was accurate and I am fully eligible to be your next county attorney.

When I say I am not a politician, that means I won’t do what my Congresswoman just did. Like those on both extreme ends of our political spectrum, she often uses her power to bully and divide. If you want a county attorney who will use the position to advance a political agenda, I am not the candidate for you.

If you want someone who is qualified to address our most pressing issues–crime, accountability, and public trust–then I hope you'll stand with me.
