John, our candidates are under attack.
With 25 days left until Election Day, our candidates are getting hit hard.
In North Carolina, Ricky Hurtado's opponent sent out an attack mailer where he photoshopped Hurtado's shirt to say "defund the police." His opponent also released an ad that showed a picture of Hurtado speaking through a megaphone at a rally; the ad lied and called Hurtado a "paid protester." The truth is that photo was taken at a get out the vote rally in Alamance County (that Ricky Hurtado was obviously not paid to speak at 🙄).
In Pennsylvania, Missy Cerrato's opponent is threatening a lawsuit because Cerrato dared to call out his abysmal record on abortion.
Those are just a few examples — the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the smears we're seeing. We need to help our candidates fight back now, before these attacks start swaying persuadable voters — will you rush a gift to help us set the record straight?

Across the country, we're seeing more and more dirty tricks, deceptive tactics, and straight-up lies.
Our opponents are clearly getting desperate — they know their unpopular stances on critical issues like abortion are completely out of touch with what voters want.
But the sad truth is that smears and lies work. That's why we need to combat these narratives as soon as they pop up.
Will you rush a gift to Sister District to help us set the record straight and make sure voters know the truth about our candidates before they cast their ballots?
In solidarity,
— Sister District
