It’s that time of year, between legislative sessions for our annual fundraising drive.

During the session we deplete our resources working on bills with our lobbyists

We prioritized 11 bills and engaged on many more linked here.

We had some wins, some loses, and improved some bills.

Between sessions we work with our lobbyists setting up and meeting with new legislators, considering legislation to sponsor, and continuing work with and for our members. So ongoing expenses continue.

The best way for us to be sustainable throughout the year is to have enough monthly contributors. $20 or $30 per month from enough new monthly contributors will really help our sustainability – so please help us help you
