We’re less than four weeks until Election Day and polls are showing that
Trump cultists and lackeys are running neck-and-neck, or even ahead, in
key races for governor, secretary of state, and U.S. Senate.

These are election deniers who are outright pledging to ignore the results
of future elections and install Trump and other MAGA candidates even if
voters reject them – and they are running in the battleground states that
will decide the next presidential election like Arizona, Georgia,
Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin. If this reads like it could be the
potential death of democracy, that’s because that’s exactly what we’re
talking about if these candidates win.

With the support of our members, People For is pulling out all the stops
to reach and turn out the voters who can stop these authoritarian MAGA
extremists and SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY.

But we can’t do it without you. We’re running out of time and still need
to raise nearly $200,000 online alone before Election Day to pull off our
voter mobilization efforts.

For example, in Georgia, where we’re trying to stop thoroughly unfit Trump
stooge Herschel Walker and one of the most notorious vote suppressors in
America, Brian Kemp, Black men have emerged as a critical part of the
electorate that needs attention – and are also a group heavily targeted by
far-right voter suppression.

So we’re:

* working to reach 235,000 infrequent Black male voters with 1 million
text messages

* saturating the state with radio ads targeted to Black men, and

* working with artists to place billboards around the state drawing the
contrast between Stacey Abrams and Rev. Raphael Warnock and their
opponents Brian Kemp and Herschel Walker.

But all of this ongoing work needs the backing of members and supporters
like you if we’re going to make the difference and
win in critical states like Georgia this year.

And as we see every day in rhetoric and behavior of far-right MAGA
candidates, as well as the disturbing evidence presented by the House
January 6 Select Committee in both yesterday’s hearing and previous ones,
we simply cannot afford to lose.
