Democrats Serve endorsed Cheri Beasley and Val Demings in their Senate races because they understand public service.

For more than two decades, Cheri has been serving the public as a front-line public servant, first as a public defender and then as a state district court judge and the first Black state supreme court chief justice in North Carolina.

Val started her career as a social worker. Then, she became a beat cop on the streets of Orlando, eventually serving as her city’s first woman — and first woman of color — police chief.

These two Black women are set to make history in North Carolina and Florida – but only if we support them in the final days of the election. Split a $10 contribution now: [[link removed]]

Cheri’s race in North Carolina is currently rated a “Toss-Up” – one of Democrats' critical opportunities to flip a Senate seat blue.

Val is running against one of our most notorious U.S. Senators, Marco Rubio. She’s prepared to show Rubio the real meaning of public service, but she needs our help to cross the finish line.

Rush a split contribution of $10 to help these two Democrats Serve-endorsed candidates flip their Senate seats blue! [[link removed]]

Democrats Serve

Democrats Serve is a national organization that backs Democrats running for office with frontline public service backgrounds, including first responders, firefighters, social workers, police officers, prosecutors, judges, public defenders, educators, and more.

Democratic candidates with professional experience serving their communities in government have a pragmatic approach to governing and know how to get things done, making for strong narratives and an ability to connect with voters uniquely.

However, when running for office, they often lack access to the professional campaign staff and wealthy donor networks that non-working class candidates do.
