We know what it takes to reclaim the court

Team —

In 2019, we grew our movement to reclaim the courts — there were two questions about the courts in the presidential debates this fall, and we’ve seen support for court reform continue to grow — but we still need your help to make sure that conversation breaks through to voters across the country. In 2020, we want to make sure every presidential candidate understands that voters care about the courts and the existential threat they pose to our progressive priorities.

Demand Justice will be on the ground in key states this year, making sure voters have the tools they need to ask about the courts and to demand real answers about the future of our judiciary. Can you chip in to help us keep the courts front and center in 2020?

Conservatives have been doing this kind of organizing around the courts for decades, bankrolled by huge corporations like Facebook, who profit from Republican judges’ pro-corporate rulings.

We might not have Facebook to fund us, but we have you, team. Can you chip in $5 before the end of the year to help stop the GOP’s corporate court takeover?

The progressive response to the GOP’s court hijacking will be powered by people like you, who understand that expanding access to health care, protecting reproductive rights, ensuring LGBTQ+ equality, combating climate change, and so many other issues depend on undoing the GOP’s federal court takeover.

I’m excited for everything Demand Justice has planned for 2020, and if you are too, please make an investment — even $5 goes a long way — in the fight to take back the courts.

In solidarity,

Brian
