Should schools be allowed to deliberately deceive parents and conduct gender transitions in secret?

 

Right now, woke judges are saying yes.

This summer, the Montgomery County Public School District released guidelines around gender identity, asserting that students have the “right” to keep their in-school gender identities private from their parents. Outraged parents sued the school district.

 

And this month, a District Court judge ruled against the parents and threw out the lawsuit — the first ruling of its kind. Similar lawsuits in other parts of the country are still in progress, but this landmark precedent is likely to lead the way. 

We’re standing up against this wrongly decided verdict and expressing our support for parents’ rights. School districts should NOT be allowed to conduct gender transitions on minors while intentionally hiding it from their parents and guardians.

The Left wants to take over the courts to establish control over our children. They want to push their unconstitutional, un-American agenda in schools, and they want to prevent fair judges from putting an end to it. 

 

We can’t let them.

 

We need judges who respect parental rights, and we will fight prosecutors who attempt to go after parents defending their children from radical ideology.

Friend, the woke mob is coming after our courts.

Once they have control of our courts, the far Left intends to use that power to enforce their radical agenda without ever winning a single vote.

 

The radical Left will use the courts to:

• Strip parents of their rights to raise their children as they see fit,
• Dismantle your 2nd amendment rights,
• And attack any of your constitutional rights that get in the way of their agenda.

We know this is their goal because they have done it before, creating a right to legal abortion on demand with Roe v. Wade.

 

But Roe v. Wade teaches us something important: We CAN fight back against judicial activism. And when we fight back, we can WIN.
