We marked World Mental Health Day on 10 Oct. Our Members of Parliament have been rallying the efforts on-ground to champion mental health literacy and create circles of support in the community.
Collectively, we want to remove the stigma on mental health so that nobody is afraid to seek help or be alone in his journey to recovery.

Over the past two years, several MPs have been enlisting the help of the community to make mental wellness a collaborative effort.
