Because the Supreme Court is hearing a case that “should keep every American up at night,” according to NDRC Chair A.G. Holder.

FIRST Republicans pushed a fringe theory that says only state legislatures – not governors or state courts – should decide how federal elections happen. (It’s no coincidence that a number of swing states have gerrymandered Republican legislatures and Democratic governors.)

THEN they brought the theory to the Supreme Court!
