The problem: Our fundraising numbers have slowed this week while McConnell’s network of right-wing billionaires steamrolls its way to raising nearly $200 million to attack Democratic Senate candidates.

Why that matters: Democrats have expanded the map in recent months, forcing Republicans to play defense in states like Colorado, Arizona, South Carolina, Kentucky, Maine, Iowa, and more.

The stakes: Failure to hit our fundraising goal by the FEC deadline means McConnell will have an opening to attack our Democratic candidates in January without any meaningful response from our team.
