"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to
get better. It's not." ― Dr. Seuss, The Lorax

I was taught compassion and to extend a hand to those in need at an
early age.

I don't remember a time when I wasn't volunteering or raising money
to assist an organization in need. When I was a little girl I went
around the neighborhood with my orange carton at Halloween collecting
coins for UNICEF.

As an adult I am an animal advocate and volunteer for numerous
organizations.

The photo is of me and my rescue pup Bailey. I rescued Bailey when she
was three months old, and she had burns on both sides of her body. With
time and love she healed and is the most amazing pup (even when she dug
up the sprinkler system).

I believe we need more elected people with compassion and who will lead
by example.

As your Councilwoman, I will host monthly

**Connect D6** events. The mission is for folks in our community to
volunteer for several hours that day.

**Connect D6** events will assist a different organization each month
and I will work with our local businesses to help sponsor the events.

Extending our hand, sharing a smile is how we build a community of
unity.

I need your help. We must make sure that District 6 knows what is at
stake in this election. We can finally elect a community-focused,
integrity-driven, and compassionate Councilwoman.

**Can you make a $5 donation to our campaign today to help us get our
message in front of every voter possible? Your $5 contribution can be
the difference we need today to put us over the top** and help send Joan
to the Phoenix City Council this November.

****

When we work together, we thrive together.

The amount isn't as important as the donation itself because it's
going to take a lot of people chipping in as much as they can to reach
our goal. A win this November is a win for our families and businesses.

Thank you for your trust and support,

Joan Greene
