Hello, I am so excited to host tonight's CADEM Celebrates Filipino American History Month! From veterans to Tony award winners, labor movement leaders to gold medalists, there is so much to celebrate in Filipino Americans' rich history. But importantly, this is not just a night of celebration.
This is a night of action!
While I'm typically in the business of telling jokes, I've got to say. Elections are NOT a joke. Elections are sacred. We have the opportunity to shape our future.
In this upcoming election, several inspiring Filipino American candidates are on the ballot, hoping to build on the incredible legacy of our community's leaders.
So, as we celebrate Filipino American history, let's take action to support tomorrow's Filipino American leaders. Join us on tonight from 6:00-8:00 PM for a virtual celebration and phonebank as CADEM Celebrates Filipino American History Month!
