Alex Jones of Infowars is notorious for lying about the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary for financial gain. He’s also spouted other insane conspiracy theories and made other bigoted remarks. 

Yesterday, Marjorie Taylor Greene tweeted her support for Alex Jones. It’s sickening. 

She said that his prosecution and the fact that he is being forced to pay damages to the families of the children killed at Sandy Hook amounts to “political persecution.” 

Anyone who supports Alex Jones or spouts conspiracy theories about a mass shooting at an elementary school should not be in our government.

If the Republicans in Congress refuse to condemn her bigotry and reckless behavior, we must hold her accountable at the ballot box.
